DEPLOYMENT & CUSTOMIZATION
Hosted by us, or owned by you — the platform is the same.
Start on the hosted GaugeLink service, or run a private installation that serves only your organization. Either way, it carries your name, your settings, and your way of working.
CHOOSE THE OPERATING MODEL
Two ways to run GaugeLink.
GaugeLink SaaS
The fastest way in. We run the platform; your team signs in and works.
No servers to buy, run, or patch — we handle it
Your organization's branding and settings
We onboard your equipment and integrations with you
The full platform, same as a private installation
Your own private GaugeLink
A separate installation serving one organization — often the right answer for government bodies and larger operators.
Your data in its own database — shared with no one
Your own web address, sign-in page, and branding
Your own backup schedule and off-site copies
A written split of who is responsible for what
Hosting region, service responsibilities, support commitments, and customer-operated options are confirmed during qualification and documented in the applicable proposal or agreement.
SUPPORTED CUSTOMIZATION
It should look and work like your system, not ours.
Brand and identity
Your name in the browser tab, your logo on the sign-in page, your colors in the portal your team uses every day.
Portal experience
Light or dark, compact or comfortable, your accent colors — with organization-wide defaults and per-user choice where you allow it.
Operational configuration
Gallons or liters, your timezones, your locations and equipment, who can see what, and which reports go to whom.
Deployment controls
Your web address, sign-in restrictions by region, encrypted equipment credentials, and backups on your terms.
What “customization” means — and what it does not
Everything above is standard, supported configuration. Custom software features, unsupported hardware, compliance advice, and source-code ownership are real work that gets scoped and agreed separately — we will not blur that line in a sales conversation.
START A CONVERSATION
Not sure which path fits? That is a normal starting point.
Tell us how your organization handles hosting, procurement, and IT — we will recommend the path that fits and explain why.
