Not a cut-down version. The app reads the same accounts, sites, tanks and alarms as the web, applies the same access rules, and shows readings in the units your account uses — with an honest age on every number.

Every site at a glance
Sites, tanks, critical and offline counts, total inventory — the same Overview your team uses on the web, sized for one hand.

Inventory you filter by tapping
Filter by site, district, product or attention state; sort by fill level, space to fill or last reading. Tap a tank for its thresholds and 7-day history.

Deliveries, detected and logged
Every delivery for the last 7, 30 or 90 days, by site and product, with a search across tank, site, carrier and reference number.

Alerts the whole crew sees
Open, acknowledged and historical alarms. Acknowledge from the field and everyone — phone and web — sees who took it and when.

Measured consumption
Daily usage per product for 7, 14 or 21 days with a daily average. Days without readings stay blank; partial days are marked, never invented.

With the FuelCloud integration, pump, delivery and manual transactions appear in the app with the same filters as the web.

The app is a companion to your organization's GaugeLink — the hosted service or your own private installation. It talks only to that deployment, over HTTPS.

No sign-up in the app
Administrators create users and choose their sites and pages on the web portal. Those users sign in to the app with the same email and password. Nothing is created on the phone.

Same permissions as the web
Location restrictions, page access and roles apply identically. If someone cannot see a site on the web, they cannot see it in the app.

Nothing extra collected
The app stores your profile and a device record for push notifications on your GaugeLink deployment. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs.

Use the email and password your administrator set up for the web portal. Private deployments scan the QR connection code from their own portal first.
Allow notifications
Choose the alert types you want. Your sites, tanks and history are already there — same as the web.
