SUPPORT

Help that already knows your tanks.

Whether you run GaugeLink today, use the mobile app in the field, or are still deciding — here is exactly where to go and what happens next. Customer requests are tied to your account and sites, so nobody has to explain who they are twice.

START HERE

Three doors. Pick yours.

Support requests from customers go through the portal so they stay linked to the right account. Sales and fit questions go to our contact team. The mobile app shares both.

01

I use GaugeLink today

Sign in and open a ticket. It is linked to your account and sites, so we can see what you see and nothing needs re-explaining. No portal access right now? Email or call.

02

I use the mobile app

Same account, same support. The common fixes — sign-in, notifications, a tank shown offline — are in the questions below. For anything else, open a ticket from the web or email us.

03

I am evaluating GaugeLink

Questions about fit, equipment, deployment or security go to our contact team, not support. Tell us about your sites and we will come back with practical next steps.

HOW A REQUEST MOVES

No queue theatre. A person, your data, a plain answer.

A support ticket is not a form that vanishes. It is the start of a conversation that already has your sites, tanks and readings attached.

01

Tell us what you see

Site, tank, what you expected and what happened, when (with your timezone). Say if fuel is at risk — urgent requests are looked at first.

02

We look at the same data

A ticket carries your account, sites and readings, so we check the gauge, gateway and history behind the screen you are looking at.

03

You get a plain answer

What it was, what we changed, and what — if anything — you need to do on site. If hardware is involved, we coordinate the visit with you.

WHAT TO INCLUDE — IT HALVES THE BACK-AND-FORTH

Your organization and the site or tank it concerns

What you expected and what you saw — a screenshot if you have one

When it happened, with your timezone

The gauge or gateway involved, if you know it (DTU serial, gauge model)

Whether fuel supply is at risk — say so in the first line

Anything already tried on site: power, network, a reboot

Tank shown offline? Check the DTU's power and the site's internet before anything else — most "offline" tickets are a silent gateway, not a gauge fault.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answers before you need a ticket.

The things customers ask most, in plain words. If your question is not here, open a ticket — it probably should be.

Users and site access

Administrators manage people, roles and sites in the web portal; the app follows.

Alerts and notifications

Each person chooses their own push alerts in the app; email reports are set on the web.

Security and privacy

How data is protected and handled: Security and the Privacy Notice.

Not an emergency channel.

Support tickets, email and phone are not monitored around the clock. For a spill, a fire, or any safety emergency, contact local emergency services and your fuel supplier first — then tell us, so we can help with the data side.

STILL STUCK?

Tell us, and bring the details.

Open a ticket from the portal so it lands on your account, or email support@gaugelink.app. Include the site, the time, and whether fuel is at risk.
